About Gretchen
I don't just teach it.
I live it.

At 54, I'm on zero medications and training for triathlons every season. I swim, bike, run, lift, and show up to every session having done exactly what I'm asking you to do.

Eight years as an ICU nurse taught me what happens when people stop moving — and what's possible when they don't. Now in Pre-Op/PACU, I see it from the other side: degenerative conditions that in many cases could have been slowed or prevented through intentional strength training. I brought that clinical eye into my training practice because it makes every session safer, smarter, and more effective.

I notice what other trainers miss — compensation patterns, pain signals, how medications affect performance. And I adjust in real time.
